What subscriptions do you offer?
Do you offer a discount for education and non-profit organizations?
Sure! We offer a 25% discount on James.Games subscriptions for qualified education, government, military, and non-profit organizations.
We offer 5 casual games in 8 languages for global learning (at this moment). Trainers can create unlimited training assignments. There are no restrictions!
Do we charge for pre-made training?
Not at all. We offer all pre-made trainings as a free service to all our customers. They can be used for all users during the length of your subscription.
Do you have a mobile app?
Yes, the user must add the James.Games page on the start screen as an icon once. And that's it! From that moment on, they play HTML5 games that are supported by all current mobile devices without additional downloads or updates. Ask us for a demo.
How do I cancel?
It’s easy. There are no cancellation fees and you can cancel your subscription at any time. Once you’ve cancelled you will not be billed at the next billing period. Once you cancel, your subscription will be deactivated.
Is my data safe?
Yes, James.Games uses SSL certificates to ensure that data in transit is encrypted as well as the databases.

How do I create a new player group?
This is easy to do! Click on the "Add Player Group" tab, enter a name for your new group and add the participants. When you're done, you can add the desired training, create game settings, and add a reward. Don't forget to save! This new group will now appear in your "My Training" overview and from here you can invite all participants directly via the invitation button.
How do I create or duplicate a training session?
A piece of cake! Simply click on the button "Create a new training" or "Duplicate an existing training" under the tab "Create or duplicate a training" and give it a name. Save the training. Then start by adding questions to your training in the desired language(s). When you are done, you can add the training to your player groups.
Do I need to create games myself?
Definitely not! All casual games are already made by us and put available to the participants. In this way employees can choose their own favorite game to complete their training missions. This works liberating to the participants and improves their learning experience.
Are the games available in other languages?
Yes. All games are currently available in 8 languages: English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Polish and Dutch. You can select your default language and use the translation flags to translate questions to other languages. There will be additional languages added in the near future.
How many games are available?
At this moment we have 5 legendary casual games available (Tetris, Bejeweled, Memory, Slotmachine and Cowboys). Choose your own favourite game from an ever-growing series of legendary video games to complete your training missions.
Do I need to have coding skills?
Absolutely not. The James.Games platform is easy to use and customize. You can upload images and content without a single line of code.
Can I publish the training games easily?
Yes. All you need to do is hit the invite button. The platform will automatically send a unique URL to all participants and publish the games.
